About Me

I live in Cypress with my family, and for the most part, I really like it here.

It’s a solid place to raise kids. There’s space, good schools, access to nature, and a daily rhythm that feels manageable for a lot of families. For us, and for many people I work with, that balance matters.

I also work in real estate, which means I see Cypress from two angles. As someone who lives here, and as someone who’s watched a lot of families move in, settle, adjust, and sometimes rethink what they thought they wanted.

Cypress isn’t one thing. Where you land within it matters. Your stage of life matters. What you care about day to day ends up mattering more than people expect when they’re first making decisions.

This site is where I write about that. Homes, neighborhoods, builders, schools, and the parts of family life that don’t show up in listings or marketing photos.

Some of it comes from my work. Some of it comes from living here and paying attention.
